本文报道本科收治的1例ITP患者,首次诊断后予以甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠粉针40 mg,静脉点滴,1次/d,治疗11 d无效,间隔12 d后再次予以地塞米松磷酸钠针10~15 mg,静脉点滴,1次/d,治疗7 d有效。

This paper reports 1 cases of ITP patients admitted to our department, for the first time after diagnosis, treatment with methylprednisolone, daily dosage of 40 mg, intravenous drip, 11 days after treatment, the platelet count was not improved; 12 days interval, treated with dexamethasone, daily dosage of 10-15 mg, intravenous drip, 7 days of treatment, review the platelet count increased significantly.
