氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者的疗效

Effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis patients

目的探究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效。方法随机抽选本院2015年2月~2017年5月期间收治的52例高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者,采用数字表法则随机分对照组(25例)、观察组(27例),观察组接受氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组接受氨氯地平治疗,以统计学软件分析SPSS 17.0分析两组血压与血脂的变化情况以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组和对照组在血压、血脂、炎性反应等指标方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(3.70%)明显低于对照组(28.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片有助于改善高血压、冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者血压水平、血脂代谢、炎症状态等情况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the treatment of hypertension, coronary heart disease and Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in patients with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Randomly selected during February 2015-May 2017 were treated 52 cases of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis patients, with the number table rule were randomly divided into control group（25 cases） and observation group（27 cases）, the observation group received Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment, the control group received amlodipine treatment, with statistical software to analyze the changes of SPSS17.0 analysis two groups of blood pressure and blood lipid and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results The difference in blood pressure, blood lipid and inflammatory reaction between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（3.70%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（28.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets contributes to the improvement of hypertension and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease and the level of blood pressure, lipid metabolism, inflammation, worthy of promotion.
