噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Effect and Safety of Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Emphysema

目的探讨噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床效果和安全性。方法将90例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者随机分成对照组和试验组。对照组使用异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗,试验组使用噻托溴铵粉雾剂治疗。对比两组治疗效果用药安全性。结果治疗前,两组肺功能、6 min步行距离对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组肺功能优于对照组,且6 min步行距离明显比对照组长(P<0.05);试验组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.9%与13.3%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论噻托溴铵粉雾剂应用于慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床治疗中,效果确切,可有效改善患者的肺功能、提高其运动耐量,且应用安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema. Methods 0 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol, and the experimental group was treated with Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation. The differences of treatment effect and drug safety were compared between the two groups. Results Pulmonary function and 6 min walking distance of two groups before treatment were compared, and there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）; Pulmonary function of the experimental group after treatment was betterthan the control group, and 6 min walking distance was far better than the control group（P〈0.05）; Adverse effects of the experimental group and control group were 8.9% and 13.3% respectively, and there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation is effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema, which can effectively improve the lung function and exercise tolerance of patients, and has high safety.
