目标设定式健康教育和心理干预在新生儿乳头错觉预防与纠正中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨目标设定式健康教育和心理干预在新生儿乳头错觉预防与纠正中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年5月进行分娩的400名初产妇,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组200名。对照组实行常规健康教育,观察组实行目标设定式健康教育和心理干预。对比两组相关知识知晓率、新生儿乳头错觉发生率、新生儿乳头错觉纠正率及新生儿乳头错觉纠正时间。结果观察组相关知识知晓率明显高于对照组,新生儿乳头错觉发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿乳头错觉纠正率为100.00%,高于对照组的73.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿乳头错觉纠正时间为(1.89±0.84)d,短于对照组的(3.05±0.97)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标设定式健康教育和心理干预能有效预防新生儿乳头错觉的发生,且纠正效果也明显更好。
