不同改性粉煤灰处理含磷废水效果比较研究 被引量:20

摘要 为有效处理低浓度含磷废水,对煤粉灰分别进行热改性、酸改性、碱改性、盐改性和稀土元素改性,比较5种不同改性条件下,粉煤灰对5 mg/L含磷废水的吸附效果.结果表明:400℃热改性的粉煤灰对磷的去除率为12%;0.5 mol/L盐酸改性的粉煤灰对磷的去除率为22%;2 mol/L氢氧化钠改性的粉煤灰对磷的去除率为95%;0.333 mol/L氯化铁改性的粉煤灰对磷的去除率为60%;质量分数2%氯氧化锆改性的粉煤灰对磷的去除率为47%.可见,氢氧化钠改性下的粉煤灰对于低浓度含磷废水中磷的吸附效果最佳. In this paper, the adsorption effects of fly ash on low concentration phosphorus containing wastewater (phosphorus content 5 mg/L) was studied by comparing five different kinds of modified conditions, thermal modification, acid modification, alkali modification, salt modification and rare earth modification. The experimental results showed that the removal rate of phosphorus by the fly ash with the thermal modification at 400 -(2 was 12-, the removal rate of phosphorus by the fly ash with 0.5 mol/L HCl modification was 22%, the removal rate of phosphorus by the fly ash with 2 mol/L NaOH modification was 95%, the removal rate of phosphorus by the fly ash with 0. 333 mol/L FeC13 modification was 60%, and the removal rate of phosphorus by the fly ash with the mass fraction of 2% ZrOCl2 modification was 47%. The fly ash modified by NaOH modification had the best adsorption effect on phosphorus in low concentration phosphorus containing wastewater.
