3D-CTA应用在颅内复杂动脉瘤栓塞治疗的探讨

摘要 为探讨3D-CTA在颅内复杂动脉瘤栓塞治疗的临床价值,回顾性分析我院101例颅内复杂动脉瘤临床资料,并根据是否采用3D-CTA指导下介入栓塞分为研究组(75例)和对照组(26例)。比较2组手术时间、即刻Raymond分级及动脉瘤复发率。结果显示,研究组与对照组在手术时间(P=0.017)、术后即刻Raymond分级(P=0.048)、术后复发率(P=0.042)方面的差异具有统计学意义。结果表明,3D-CTA结合DSA(2D)进行颅内复杂动脉瘤栓塞,能有效缩短手术时间,减少复发率。 The clinical value of 3D-CTA in the treatment of intracranial complex aneurysms is evaluated. The clinical data of 101 cases of intracranial complex aneurysms in our hospital are retrospectively analyzed. They are divided into study group(75 cases) and control group(26 cases) according to whether 3D-CTA is applied in the treatment. The operation time, the immediate Raymond classification and the recurrence rate of aneurysm are compared in the 2 groups. The differences in operative time(P = 0.017), immediate Raymond grading(P = 0.048) and postoperative recurrence rate(P = 0.042) between the study group and the control group are statistically significant.Therefore,3D-CTA combined with DSA(2D) for intracranial complex aneurysm embolization might effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the recurrence rate.
