摘要
以乙腈为提取溶剂,选择超声波提取方法,建立起荧光法快速测定乳品样品中恩诺沙星含量的新方法。采用标准曲线法测定,当恩诺沙星浓度在1~3000ng·mL^(-1)范围内,线性方程为F=2.60C+116.37,相关系数R=0.9993,方法的检出限为0.18 ng·mL^(-1),回收率为89.66%~101.18%。该测定方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏,用于实际乳品中恩诺沙星含量的测定,结果满意。
The acetonitrile is used as the extraction solvent and the ultrasonic extraction method is selected in the measurement of the dairy products. A new method of fluorescence spectrometry to rapid determine enrofloxacin in dairy products is developed. The standard curve method is adopted. When enrofloxacin concentration in the range of 1~3 000 ng·mL^-1, the linear equation is F = 2.60 C +116.37, the correlation coefficient is 0.9993 and the detection limit of 0.18 ng·mL^-1. The recovery is in the range of 89.66 % ~101.18 %. This method is simple, rapid, high accuracy and sensitive, which has been successfully applied to determine the enrofloxacin in dairy products with satisfactory results.
