摘要
根据莆田市滑坡灾害数据库资料和滑坡灾害影响因素,构建滑坡灾害风险评价指标体系,对莆田市滑坡灾害风险进行分析。针对不同风险等级构建滑坡灾害风险管理对策。研究发现高风险区和较高风险区位于莆田市西北部,该区域多为山区,地势高,坡度较大,灾害点密度大,滑坡频次多,应成为滑坡灾害重点防治区域;中风险区、低风险区位于莆田市东南沿海,该地多为半岛、岛屿,地势平坦,滑坡点密度小,但人口密集且生产活动频繁,应做好土地利用规划和公众风险意识宣传,减少滑坡损失。
Based on the landslide hazard database of Putian, landslide hazard risk evaluation system is established to analyse the landslide hazard risk. The risk system management is presented concerned with different risk grading.The study shows that the high risk and relatively high risk area is located in the north-west of Putian, which is mountainous and with high altitude and larger slope. The disaster spots are full of large density and high landslide frequency, where should be the key control areas. The medium and low risk areas located in the southeast coast of Putian, most of which are peninsula, islands, flat terrain and small density. This area is of high population density and productive activities, the public land-use should be planned well and the risk awareness is propagandized to reduce the losses of landslide.
