高压输电线路复合绝缘子绝缘在线监测技术的研究

摘要 长期以来,高压输电线路复合绝缘子尚缺乏行之有效的在线监测技术手段和易于实施的方法,复合绝缘子的运行状态因此成为一个威胁电网安全运行的盲点。通过对复合绝缘子伞裙材料的漏电起痕电蚀损坏过程及绝缘子老化故障的分析研究和运行经验的总结,确定了复合绝缘子绝缘在线监测的主要特征量和初期判据,提出了在线监测终端的一体化设计思路和系统解决方案,取得了复合绝缘子绝缘在线监测技术的初步研究成果。 For a long period, something was introduced that there was a lack of effective and convenient methods for on-line monitoring insulation of high-voltage transmission lines composite insulators. Lacking the data of the composite insulators' working state becomes a threat to the power grid operating security. This paper summarizes anarchical investigations and operating experiences including the electric leakage marks and the electrolytic corrosion damage processes of the composite insulators' housing material, and the insulators' wear-out faults. It confirms the main characteristic data and preliminary stage criterion for on-line monitoring insulation of composite insulators, and puts forward an integrated design idea and a system solution for the on-line monitoring terminals. It acquires preliminary research achievements on on-line monitoring insulation of composite insulators.
