摘要 炼焦炉加热产生的烟道气中SO_2和NO_x是大气的主要污染物,新的《环境保护法》对烟道废气SO_2和NO_x排放规定了限值,控制炼焦炉烟囱排放废气中的SO_2和NO_x达标排放,成为焦化工作者工作的一个重要努力方向。通过对我厂焦炉不同加热煤气下烟囱废气质量浓度排放成分的实时监测数据,发现不同加热煤气对焦炉烟囱达标排放影响很大,采用合适的加热煤气有利于焦炉烟囱废气达标排放。 SO2 and NOx in flue gas produced by Coking furnace heating are the main pollutants in the atmosphere. The new environmental protection act sets limits on SO2 and NOx emissions from flue gas, it is an important for coking workers to control the content of SO2 and NOx in the exhaust gas from the chimney of coking furnace. Comparison of the real-time monitoring data of exhaust gas emissions from the chimney of coke oven with different heating gas the influence of different heating gas on the discharge standard of coke oven chimney is very great. Proper heating of gas is beneficial to the exhaust gas emission of coke oven chimney.
