屯宝煤矿I011502综放面瓦斯预抽必要性论证分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对高瓦斯矿井部分煤层瓦斯含量总体不高,采用整体预抽瓦斯增加了生产成本,但部分区域可能煤层瓦斯含量高,还需要抽采才能进行采掘等活动。以屯宝煤矿M15煤层I011502综放工作面为例,通过现场测试及分析,对高瓦斯矿井低瓦斯含量煤层工作面采前瓦斯抽采必要性进行了论证。结果表明,I011502综放工作面可以不采取预抽措施,有效缓解了矿井接替紧张问题,同时节约了生产成本。 Aimed at the gas content of some coal seam in the high gas mine is relatively small , but the gas cost is high and the prepumping effect is not ideal ,the I011502 fullymechanized working face of M15 coal seam in Tunbao Coal Mine was taken as an example.Through the field test and analysis , the necessity of gas extraction in low gas coal seam working face in high gas mine was analyzed and demonstrated . The results showed that,in the lower case of coal seam gas ,the gas content of prepumping coal can meet the require ments of relevant rules and regulations and the gas management capacity is sufficient during the working face recovery period .In that case , coal seams may not be predrainage . The results can be used for reference for gas extraction in other high gas coal mine working face . In the larger degree ,the cost of predrainage gas is saved .
