深部开采卸压巷道合理位置研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着矿井开采深度的不断加大,深部软岩巷道底鼓问题日益严重,开掘卸压巷是解决巷道底鼓的有效途径之一,其位置的选择决定了巷道的卸压效果。为了进一步研究卸压巷的合理位置,以某矿E2337工作面为背景,采用理论计算和FLAC数值模拟分析的方法,对距采空区10,15 m处卸压巷两侧煤柱的垂直应力和卸压巷的变形量进行了对比和分析。研究表明:合理布置卸压巷,既可以减小两帮的表面位移量,又可以转移巷道周围的集中应力,降低巷道底鼓的变形量,在煤层上分层距采空区10 m处布置卸压巷卸压效果最好。 With the increase of mining depth,the problem of floor heave in deep soft rock roadway is becoming more and more serious.In order to solve the problem of the drum of deep soft rock roadway floor,the E2337 working face of a coal mine was taken as the background,using the method of numerical analysis of theoretical calculation and FLAC simulation,the deformation of goaf 10 m and 15 m relieving roadway on both sides of coal column and the vertical stress relieving roadway was analyzed.Research shows that the reasonable layout of relieving roadway can reduce the surface displacement of two for the amount and can be transferred around the tunnel stress concentration,reduce the deformation of roadway floor heave,optimal position of relieving roadway in coal seam layered from goaf 10 m.
