摘要 通过对巷道顶板围岩应力的实际观测数据,巷道理论支护数值的分析,以及巷道在施工期间的锚杆、锚索等应力、预紧力的观测及对数值模拟,提出巷道在支护情况下的3种支护方案,由矿井根据巷道实际支护形式调整支护方案,从而保证巷道的支护效果。此次巷道支护的合理选择减轻了2107轨道巷的支护变形,增加了巷道的稳定性。在遇有地质构造区域据选择合理的支护形式,从而保证巷道的顺利通过地质构造区域。巷道的合理支护提高了支护效果,保证了巷道的稳定,为打造煤巷掘进精品工程提供了可靠的技术保障。 Through to the stress of surrounding rock of roadway roof actual observation data,the theory of roadway supporting numerical analysis of tunnels in the construction of the anchor rod,anchor rope,etc during stress,observation and the numerical simulation of the prestressing force is put forward in three kinds of supporting conditions of roadway support scheme,the mine roadway based on the actual support form adjustment scheme,thus ensuring roadway supporting effect.The reasonable selection of the roadway support reduces the support deformation of the 2107 orbital shunts and increases the stability of the roadway.In the case of geological tectonic area,it is selected that reasonable support form should be selected to ensure the smooth passage of roadway through geological structure.Reasonable roadway support increased the supporting effect,to ensure the stability of the roadway,so as to make high-quality goods of excavating in coal roadway,provides a reliable technical guarantee for engineering.
