摘要
聚合物胶束是近年来抗肿瘤药物递药系统研究中发展较快的一种新型递药载体,可显著提高药物抗肿瘤效果,尤其在逆转肿瘤多药耐药现象方面表现出极大的潜在价值。本文主要综述了聚合物胶束递药系统抑制肿瘤多药耐药现象的过程和机制,总结了该领域研究的最新进展,以期为聚合物胶束递药系统今后在该领域的研究提供参考。
Polymer micelles,a new type of drug delivery vector,which has the advantages of drug controlled release,drug targeting and improved drug bioavailability,can significantly improve the anti-tumor effect of drugs,especially in reversing the multidrug resistance of tumor value,has been developed rapidly in recent years to study the antitumor drug delivery system.In this reviews,the process and mechanism of polymer micelles delivery in inhibiting tumor multidrug resistance are mainly reviewed,and the latest advances in this field are summarized in order to provide a reference for the future research of polymer micelles in this field.
