基于培育“工匠之师”的新时代特色思政教育实践与探索——以天津职业技术师范大学为例

Practice and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education with Characteristic of Cultivating "Teachers of Craftsman" in the New Era——Taking Tianjin University of Technology and Education as an Example

"工匠之师"这个词汇,源于国务院总理李克强于2017年教师节前夕的9月8日在天津职业技术师范大学考察时对学生们的勉励。总理对同学们说:"你们不是一般的工匠,你们是‘工匠之师’![1]"总理的到来,把天津职业技术师范大学这所有着近40年历史的全国第一所培养职教师资的高校呈现在更多人的视野之中,也使更多的学者对这所学校的办学特色展开了深入的研究。文章以该校特色人才培养为基点,重点挖掘其结合新时代新要求的思想政治教育对培养"工匠之师"的重要作用,提出在顶层设计上要依据生源的禀赋差异处理好"师能"和"傅能"的传递与传承,构筑培育"工匠之师"的思想高地、打造特色思政教师队伍、营造"工匠之师"的文化氛围等特色思政实施方略。

The concept of ＂Teachers of Craftsman＂was put forword on September 8th 2017 by Li Keqiang,the Prime Minister of the State Council. ＂You are not craftsman in normal sense, you are the teachers of craftsman＂,Li Keqiang said to the students in his investigation in Tianjin University of Technology and Education.After that, more attention has been drawn to the university, the first place of cultivating vocational teachers in China with a history of 40 years. More scholars have conducted in-depth research on the school-running characteristics. Based on the education of characteristic talents training, this paper focuses on the important role of ideological and political education to cultivate ＂Teachers of Craftsman＂ in the new era. According to students＇ individual differences, strengthening top-level design is very necessary in the field of vocational education, so is dealing well with kinds of relations between transmission and inheritance, teacher and master. Some suggestions for development are proposed： building the ideological highland of cultivating＂Teachers of Craftsman＂, strengthening the quality of teachers, and carrying out the characteristic ideological and political education strategy such as creating a cultural atmosphere of cultivating ＂Teachers of Craftsman＂
