作为高职院校建设发展的中坚力量,教师对高技能人才培养具有深刻的影响作用。从问题驱动和价值功能角度出发,设计量表对高职院校教师一般发展管理参数进行统计分析,筛选确定涵盖职业道德与素质、专业知识与技能、教学能力、科研与社会服务能力层面的关键发展管理参数,以协助教师在综合素质方面获得持续提升,从而促进人才培养质量有效提高,推动高职院校核心竞争力稳步增强。

As the backbone of the construction and development of higher vocational colleges, teachers have a profound influence on the training of high skilled personnel. From the perspective of problem-driven and value-oriented functions, the paper analyzes the general development parameters of higher vocational teachers through a statistic scale.
