高职院校教师发展管理参数研究

摘要 作为高职院校建设发展的中坚力量,教师对高技能人才培养具有深刻的影响作用。从问题驱动和价值功能角度出发,设计量表对高职院校教师一般发展管理参数进行统计分析,筛选确定涵盖职业道德与素质、专业知识与技能、教学能力、科研与社会服务能力层面的关键发展管理参数,以协助教师在综合素质方面获得持续提升,从而促进人才培养质量有效提高,推动高职院校核心竞争力稳步增强。 As the backbone of the construction and development of higher vocational colleges, teachers have a profound influence on the training of high skilled personnel. From the perspective of problem-driven and value-oriented functions, the paper analyzes the general development parameters of higher vocational teachers through a statistic scale. Finally, The key development management parameters covering occupation morality and quality, professional knowledge and skills, teaching ability, scientific research and social service ability are identified and selected to help teachers achieve continuous improvement in professional and comprehensive qualifications so as to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
