秦岭输水隧洞突发涌水应对措施研究 被引量:5

摘要 引汉济渭工程秦岭输水隧洞全长98 km,施工过程中洞内突发涌水会影响工程进度,处理不当还会引发安全事故、造成环境污染等,对工程建设造成严重影响。结合秦岭隧洞7#主洞突发涌水事故的特点,制定堵、排结合的方案,通过在上游设围堰堵水、掌子面超前钻孔,增设二级沉淀池和渗水池等措施,有效地加快了涌水衰减,同时,保证了洞内涌水经处理之后达到排放标准,为恢复施工创造了有利条件。 For Han and Jiwei project, the length of the Qinling Water Conveyance tunnel is 98 km. During the construction,the sudden water inflow will affect the progress of the project. The improper handling will also lead to safety accidents and environmental pollution, which will have a serious impact on the construction of the project. In combination with the features of the sudden water inrush accident at the 7 th main tunnel of the Qinling Tunnel, the plugging and merging scheme was formulated, and measures such as blocking water in the upper reaches, drilling in advance on the face, adding secondary sedimentation tanks and seepage pools, effectively accelerated flooding attenuation, and at the same time, ensured that it reached the discharge standard after handling the flooding water in the hole and created favorable conditions for construction restoration.
