摘要
为节约能源降低成本,提高自动化水平,系统采用PLC控制技术为核心和MCGS组态软件组态监控系统相结合的熔化炉控制系统设计方案,PLC实现控制作用,MCGS组态软件实现过程监控、报警、保密和参数设置等功能。系统调试和实际应用表明,该设计方案实现熔化炉自动控制要求,自动化程度提高,为工厂节约成本,具有一定的推广价值。
In order to save energy, reduce cost and improve automation level, the melting furnace control system is designed by combining MCGS configuration software with configuration monitoring system and using PLC as the core. PLC is applied to achieve the function of control.MCGS configuration software realizes process monitoring, alarm, secrecy and parameter setting.The system debugging and practical application prove that the designed system can realize automatic control requirement of melting furnace, improve automation level and save cost for the factory.The system is worthy of popularization.
