摘要 介绍1套基于傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR)的垃圾焚烧烟气在线监测装置。利用FTIR解决多组分气体同时定性与定量分析测量,具有非常重要的意义。基于最小二乘法拟合扣除水汽吸收光谱算法是根据标准的吸收光谱,快速拟合出各个组分的吸收光谱,扣除的光谱吸光度与浓度关系成线性关系,相关性达到0.9 99以上。系统经过长时间测量,各组分气体零点漂移都小于1%F.S,其中SO_2、NO_2、HCl、HF稳定性非常好,其标准方差均小于0.1ppm,6组分气体测量结果均足够满足应用条件。 This article introduces a set of on-line monitoring device of waste incineration flue gas based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopyIt is of great significance to use FTIR to solve the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative measurement of multicomponent gases. The absorption spectrum algorithm of removing hydrosphere based on least square method is fitting the spectra of each component quickly based on the standard absorption spectrum. The relationship between deduction of spectral absorbance and concentration is linear, and the correlation is over 0.999 After a long period of measurement, the zero drift of each component gas is less than 〈1%F.S, especially the stability of 802, NO2, HCl and HF is show well among component gas and standard deviation of them is less than 0.1ppm. The six component gas measurement results are enough to meet the application conditions.
