回灌井管材及铁锰离子对地下水源热泵回灌影响试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对水源热泵回灌井化学堵塞问题,研究了两种回灌井管材在不同Mn2+、Fe2+含量时水通量与多孔介质表面变化情况。通过4组铸铁管和不锈钢管水源热泵回灌井对比试验得出:在相同的回灌水配比下,单个实验组中不锈钢回灌井的水通量变化比铸铁回灌井水稳定,不锈钢回灌井的回灌效果更加稳定;在Fe2+含量较低、Mn2+含量较高的回灌试验中,铸铁回灌井、不锈钢回灌井的水通量变化较为稳定,可以保持回灌稳定性。铸铁管回灌井堵塞的主要原因是回灌水中Fe2+和Mn2+浓度配比不同。不锈钢回灌井相对于铸铁回灌井更加稳定,不会发生明显的堵塞现象。 Aim at the issue of chemical plugging in water-source heat pump recharge well,variations of water flux and surface of the porous medium were investigated in the two recharge wells with different materials and different water contents of Mn^2+ and Fe^2+. Through the comparison tests of 4 sets of cast iron pipe and stainless steel pipe,it was concluded that the water flux of the stainless steel recharge well was more stable than that of the cast iron in the single experimental group,and possessed more stable recharge effect. In the recharge tests with low Fe^2+ and high Mn^2+ content water,the flux of cast iron recharge well and stainless steel reinjection well was stable,which could maintain the stability of recharge.Different ratio of Fe^2+ and Mn^2+ in recharge water was the main reason of clogging in cast iron pipe recharge well,and the stainless steel recharge well was more stable without obvious blockage.
