摘要 为充分掌握PE管道漏损流量与供水压力的关系并将其应用于供水管网漏损控制,开展了降-复压研究。针对PE管道上的环向裂缝和轴向裂缝开展了研究,并利用指数模型对实验数据进行了拟合。结果表明:同一供水压力下降压过程的漏损流量普遍大于升压过程,降压过程的漏损指数普遍小于升压过程,施压方式转变时漏损流量存在反常现象。根据实验结果和分析结论,提出了降-复压漏损控制的概念,并采用粘弹性理论对实验现象进行了阐释,构建了降-复压漏损控制模型,最后探讨了现阶段降-复压漏损控制技术应用的局限性和相应的解决措施。 In order to fully grasp the relationship between leakage discharge and water pressure for PE pipeline and apply it in leakage control of water supply network,the drop-restore pressure experiment was carried out. The circumferential and longitudinal cracks of PE pipeline were studied,and the experimental data was fitted with exponential model. The results showed that,the leakage discharge was generally bigger during pressure decrease than that in rising process under the same water pressure,while the leakage index of pressure falling process was smaller,and leakage discharge became abnormal with the change of the pressure. According to the experimental results and analysis,the concept of drop-restore pressure leakage control was proposed,the phenomenon in the experiment could be reasonably explained with the viscoelastic theory,and the drop-restore pressure leakage control model was built. Finally,the current application limitations of drop-restore pressure leakage control technology and corresponding solutions were discussed.
