摘要
针对水环境中高浓度氨氮含量在线检测的难题,设计了一种基于水杨酸分光光度法的检测范围广、自动化程度高的氨氮检测系统。阐述了该系统的检测原理和设计结构,并绘制了标准曲线。结果表明:该系统检测氨氮具有良好的准确度、重复性和稳定性,并可完成全过程自动测定。可通过水样自动稀释系统扩大氨氮检测范围,从而实现水杨酸法氨氮仪在高浓度场合里的应用。
In order to solve the issue of online detection of high concentration ammonia nitrogen in water,a detection system with wide detection range and high automation degree was designed based on salicylic acid spectrophotometric method. The detection principle and design structure of the system were introduced,and the standard curve of ammonia nitrogen was established. The results showed that the system could achieve higher accuracy,repeatability and stability,and automatically complete the whole process. The detection range could be extended by the automatic water sample dilution system,so as to realize the application of the detection system for high concentration ammonia nitrogen.
