摘要
阐述了培养工科人才现代工程素质的重要性 ,提出建立和完善以学习型、实习型、研究型实践教学“三板块”为基本构架的工科实践教学体系 ,并就培养现代工程技术人才的实践教学模式进行了探讨。
The article stated the importance of fostering the engineering personnel's qualities in modern engineering, presented the engineering practical teaching system based on the essential structural frame “three types”—type of study, type of practice and type of research. It also involved a series of investigations on the practical teaching patterns in the training of the personnel in modern engineering.
