摘要
可控震源重锤对平板作用力和平板本身的惯性力都是不断变化的动载荷,它们在平板结构内部引起交变应力,造成结构疲劳损伤。因疲劳引起的破坏是平板结构的主要破坏形式之一。在野外有限的条件下,维修更换如此庞大的部件极为不易,疲劳问题显得尤为突出。因此本文通过有限元方法及热点应力法来估算在一定工况下震源平板,主要是表层钢板的应力集中位置,消除应力集中,以保证平板结构中受交变载荷作用的部位有足够的疲劳寿命。
When the vibrator works,the mass which is driven by the high pressure hydraulic oil is vibrating as the linear frequency rise vibration,the reaction force which comes from the mass is given to the base plate which connects with the mass.The stress of the base plate comes,and it is the main reason to destroy the base plate.As you know,it is not easy to repair the plate in the field.So it is very important to find the stress concentration.This paper introduces the effective way with finite element to find the most high stress concentration.
