牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of periodontal-sequence treatment in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis

目的分析及评价在牙周炎患者正畸过程中采用牙周序列治疗的应用价值。方法选择2015年9月~2017年6月本院所收治的70例牙周炎患者,参考治疗方式的不同分组,对照组35例患者予以单纯正畸方法治疗,实验组35例患者予以正畸治疗联合牙周序列方法治疗,统计两组患者的相关指标。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗之后的菌斑指数[(1.3±0.2)分]、出血指数[(1.0±0.1)分]、探诊深度值[(2.0±0.3)mm]、临床牙周附着丧失值[(2.3±0.2)mm]优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙周炎患者正畸过程中采取牙周序列治疗方法的效果明显,能够有效改善患者的牙周状况,值得应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application value of periodontal-sequence therapy in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2017 were grouped according to different treatment methods. 35 patients in the control group were treated with simple orthodontic treatment. 35 patients in the experimental group were treated with orthodontic treatment and periodontal-sequence therapy. The relevant indicators of the two groups of patients were counted. Results The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The plaque index[（1.3±0.2）points ], the bleeding index[（ 1.0±0.1）points], the probing depth [（2.0±0.3）mm] and clinical periodontal attachment loss value [（2.3±0.2）mm] in the experimental group after treatment were better than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The periodontal-sequence treatment in orthodontic treatment of periodontitis patients has obvious effect, which can effectively improve the periodontal status of patients and is worthy of application.
