调气和营法联合糖皮质激素治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎随机平行对照研究

Randomized parelled controlled clinical study on tiaoqi heying method combined with corticosteroids in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis

目的探讨调气和营法联合糖皮质激素治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月1日~2018年1月5日肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者32例,将其分为治疗组和对照组;对照组实施醋酸泼尼松龙治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用调气和营方内服及外用。比较患者的临床疗效。结果连续治疗8周,治疗组患者的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组及对照组均无明显不良反应。结论调气和营法联合糖皮质激素治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床效果显著,能够达到疮疡肿消痛止的应用目的 。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tiaoqi Heying method combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of granulomatous mastiffs by controlled study. Methods 32 patients with granulomatous mastiffs were selected. The selection time was from January 1, 2017 to January 5, 2018. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group; the control group was given prednisolone acetate, and the treatment group was given the prescription of Tiaoqi Heying for internal administration and external use on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After the continuous treatment for 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; there was no significant adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of Tiaoqi Heying method combined with glucocortieoid in the treatment of granulomatous mastiffs is significant and can achieve the purpose of elimination of swelling, ulcer and pain.
