多元化的延续护理对大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫患者生命质量和日常生活能力影响分析

Influence of diversified continuing nursing on quality of life and daily living ability of patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral hemisphere atrophy

目的分析多元化的延续护理对大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫患者生命质量和日常生活能力影响。方法选取2016年12月~2017年12月本院收治的40例大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫患者作为研究对象,按照护理护理方式的不同将其分成常规组和观察组,前者采用普通的护理措施,后者采用多元化延续护理,每组20例,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的各项SF-36评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的BI指数为(62.3±3.5)分,护理满意度评分为(92.4±2.6)分,各项数据与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化的延续护理可有效改善大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫患者生命质量与日常生活能力,对患者的生活存在积极意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of diversified continuing nursing on quality of life and daily living ability of patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral hemisphere atrophy. Methods 40 cases of epilepsy secondary to cerebral hemisphere atrophy treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects. According to the different ways of nursing, they were divided into conventional group and observation group. The conventional group（n=20） was treated with general nursing measures and the observation group （n=20） was given diversified continuing nursing. The nursing effect between the two groups of patients was compared. Results The SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. The BI index was （62.3±3.5） points, and the nursing satisfaction score was（92.4±2.6） in the observation group after treatment. The data between the observation group and the conventional group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diversified continuation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and ability of daily living in patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral hemisphere atrophy, which has positive significance for the patient＇s life.
