摘要
索拉透平压缩机组燃气发生器转速手动设定点高于93.5%时,燃料控制模式自动由燃气发生器转速-负载模式切换为燃料流量控制模式,导致机组实际输出转速无法继续调高。针对上述问题,分析机组燃料控制算法,利用可编程控制器进行逆向模拟计算,通过修改燃料参数中的燃料气体常数、燃气比热比和燃料流量函数确保机组燃料控制模式为燃气发生器转速-负载模式。结果表明:在任何工况下,燃气发生器输出转速都能跟随设定转速,保证气田外输气量平稳。
When the set point of gas generator overtop 93.5% for solar turbo compressor unit,fuel control mode will change from NgpLoadMode to GasFlowMode,which leads to the actual output speed of the unit cannot continue to increase.Aimed at the problem above,this paper analyzes fuel control algorithm,and conduct reverse simulation calculation using programmable controller to ensure the output fuel control mode is NgpLoadMode through modifying gas fuel constant,gas fuel specific heat ratio and fuel flow function.The operation result of unit shows that the output speed of gas generator can follow the set point speed under any condition which guarantees the stability of the output gas amount.
