黄陵矿业中厚煤层智能化回采工艺适应性研究 被引量:17

摘要 针对黄陵矿区智能化开采的现状,从智能化开采技术要求、传感器特性、可靠性要求出发,提出了区别人工开采的智能化开采回采工艺。并从破煤、装煤、运煤、支护、采空区处理等环节进行了智能化开采技术调整,使开采工艺更加适应智能化开采的要求。试验结果表明,自黄陵矿业一号井采用智能化开采以来,在1.4~2.2m煤层中,采用国产装备年产稳定在200万t,生产效率提高15%。 In view of the situation of intelligent mining of Huangling Mining Area,in accordance with the requirements of intelligent mining technology, sensor characteristics, reliability requirement, artificial intelligent mining recovery technology is proposed. From the mining,coal loading,coal carrying,support and treatment of goaf,intelligent mining technology has been adjusted to make the mining process more suitable for intelligent mining. The test results show that,since the intelligent mining of Huangling No. 1 Mine,in the 1. 4 ~ 2. 2 m coal seam,the annual production capacity of the domestically produced equipment has stabilized at 2 million tons,and the production efficiency has increased by 15%.
