大型矿区资源与环境协调开发评价模型及应用 被引量:3

摘要 基于大型矿区资源与环境协调开发面临的资源可持续性差、安全生产要求高、生态环境破坏严重、投资回收期长等突出问题,提出了以矿井生命力指数、免疫力指数、适应力指数、活力指数为准则的矿井健康综合评价指标体系,运用AHP法与FCE法相结合,构建了大型矿区资源与环境协调开发评价模型,并以同煤集团塔山煤矿进行了评价实例验证。研究结果表明:该评价模型可用于大型矿区资源与环境协调开发现状的健康状况诊断,对大型矿区的资源与环境协调开发影响因素进行重要性排序,提出矿井资源、安全、环境、效益协调开发整改措施,为矿井中长期规划提供理论数据支撑。同煤塔山煤矿经评价健康状况为健康,矿井对外界环境的适应力较差,应加强生态环境保护方面的技术与资金投入。 Based on the prominent problems of poor resources sustainability,high safety requirements,serious ecological environment damage,and long payback period in 10 Mt capacity coal mine,the comprehensive evaluation index system is put forward with the guidelines of vitality index,immunity index,adaptability index and vigor index. The methods of AHP and FCE are adopted to establish the safe and efficient green development evaluation model for 10 Mt capacity coal mine,which is tested by project. The results indicate that,the model can be used for coal mine health diagnosis. The importance degree of influence factors is sorted,the rectification measures is raised based on the model,and the results of assessment can provide theoretical data to support mine medium and long-term planning. The health evaluation result of Tashan Mine is healthy,but the adaptive capacity of Tashan Mine for external environment is poor,it should strengthen the ecological environmental protection technology and capital investment.
