摘要
为解决晋城矿区松软煤层钻进中出现的钻屑排不出、返渣量大、成孔率低等异常情况,提出深槽宽叶片螺旋钻进技术,设计出了相应的钻具组合,并通过现场实验验证其适用性。研究结果表明,深槽宽叶片结构的Φ95mm/60.3mm螺旋钻杆对长平矿软硬互层的煤体结构适应性较强,在成孔率方面优于Φ110mm/63.5mm螺旋钻杆;深槽宽叶片螺旋钻进技术在解决松软煤层高效钻进问题方面具有较大优势。
Aiming at the abnormal problems of no coal cinder, large slag discharging, low hole-forming rate during drilling in soft coal seam in Jincheng Mining Area. The auger drilling technology with deep grooves and wide blades is proposed. The suitable drilling assemblies are developed and applicability of the auger drilling technology is verified by experiments. The results show that the Φ95/60. 3 mm spiral drill rod is better than Φ110/63. 5 mm spiral drill rod at rate of hole-forming. The Φ95/60. 3 mm Spiral drill rod with deep grooves and wide blades has a good adaptability to the seam with the structure of soft-hard interlaying,and it is useful for drilling in the seam. The auger drilling technology with deep grooves and wide blades has its advantages in solving the problem of high efficiency drilling in soft coal seam.
