倾斜工作面中墩柱迎山角确定方法与应用

摘要 可缩式墩柱是煤矿巷道支护较为新颖的巷旁支护体,其在倾斜工作面中迎山角的确定也是较为关心的问题之一,开展这方面的研究工作具有重要的理论意义与应用价值。文章以峰峰集团梧桐庄182208外工作面为研究背景,结合墩柱上下两节钢管嵌套这一特殊性结构,建立力学模型,进行受力情况分析,推导出墩柱在倾斜工作面迎山角的计算公式。计算结果表明,墩柱迎山角的大小与老顶、直接顶的厚度以及工作面倾斜角度有关,迎山角与老顶和直接顶厚度均呈指数关系,随老顶厚度的增大而减小,随直接顶厚度的增大而增大。通过现场试验结果分析得,当迎山角取2.4°时,能够有效控制墩柱结构的弯曲变形量,提高墩柱承载性能。 The retractable pier column is a new roadway supporting body which for coal mine roadway. It is also one of the most concerned issues in inclined working face. It is of great theoretical significance and application to carry out this research. Based on the background of Fengfeng Group Wutongzhuang 182208 working face,combined with the special structure of the steel pipe nesting in the upper and lower sections of the pier column,the mechanical model is established,and the stress condition is analyzed. Calculation formula for the setting angle is deduced. The results show that size of the pillar is exponentially related to thickness of the old roof,the immediate roof and inclination of the working face. The setting angle decreases with the increase of old roof thickness,while it increases with the increase of immediate roof.According to the field test results,when the setting angle is 2. 4°,it can effectively control the bending deformation of the pier structure and improve the bearing capacity of the pier.
