摘要
基于建构主义视角,将社会网络理论与创业拼凑理论引入开放式创新理论体系,构建了中小企业开放式创新的研究框架,探索了资源拼凑以及CEO个性对中小企业开放式创新的作用机制。通过对234家中小企业的实证研究表明,资源拼凑在开放式创新网络特征与创新绩效之间具有部分中介效应,CEO个性对中介效应起到了正向调节作用。
From the perspective of constructivism, this paper introduces the social network theory and the entrepreneurial bricolage theory into the open innovation theory system and constructs the research framework of the open innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises. Then we explore the role of resource bricolage and CEO personality in the open innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises. The empirical research of 234 small and medium-sized enterprises shows that, resource bricolage plays a partial mediating role between network characteristics and innovation performance, where CEO personality has a positive regulating function in the mediating effect.
