蜂王浆在防治衰老相关性疾病中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前我国老年人口数量持续增加,衰老相关性疾病的发病率与致死率也呈现出快速上升的趋势。蜂王浆作为一种天然的功能保健食品,因其抗炎、抗氧化、稳定血压、降血糖等生物学活性受到了众多老年群体的青睐。但是目前对于蜂王浆及其主要功能物质生物学活性的深入研究比较缺乏。该文综述了蜂王浆及其主要功能物质对于一些常见的衰老相关性疾病(如高血压、糖尿病、少肌症、骨质疏松以及阿尔茨海默病等)的预防及治疗作用,并进一步阐述了蜂王浆发挥功能的主要作用机理,以期为蜂王浆的后续研究及合理的开发利用提供参考。 At present, the number of the elderly in China continues to increase, the incidence and mortality of aging-related diseases also show an upward tendency.Royal jelly, a kind of natural functional food, is welcomed by the older age groups because of its anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative, antihypertensive, hypoglycemic effect and other biological activities. However, further studies on the biological activities of royal jelly and its functional substances is lacking. This review describes the preventive and therapeutic effects of royal jelly and its main functional substances on some common age-related diseases(hypertension, diabetes, sarcopenia, osteoporosis and Alzheimer disease, etc.), and further elaborated the main underlying molecular mechanisms, which could provide a reference for the following study and reasonable development of royal jelly.
