摘要 辅助服务市场作为电力市场的一项重要内容,对于以经济手段实现微电网内部资源优化利用起到重要作用。首先分析了微电网辅助服务市场主体和服务类型,然后借鉴在线报价机制设计了一种以用户需求为驱动的备用发电辅助服务市场出清方式。该出清模型以微电网中用户购买备用服务的总支出最小为目标,综合考虑可控分布式电源、储能和可控负荷的备用服务能力。最后,通过算例仿真验证了所提出清方法的可行性。 Ancillary service market is an important element inelectricity market, which plays a significant part in optimal alloca-tion of resources in microgrid. Firstly, different types of ancillary ser-vices and market members in microgrid are analyzed. Then, a clear-ing model for reserve ancillary service market in microgrid is de-signed based on the"Name-Your-Own-Price"bidding mechanismto satisfy customer's demand for reserve service. Considering the ca-pability of different suppliers providing reserve service, includingcontrollable distributed generation, energy storage devices and con-trollable loads, the clearing model is optimized with the objective ofminimizing total cost of the buying reserve service. Case study veri-fies the feasibility of proposed market clearing method.
