摘要
针对电能替代面临的不利因素,归纳出电能替代商业模式的3个发展阶段,提出基于市场培育资金需求和最终用户用电规模的商业模式设计思路,并着重对合同能源管理(energy performance contracting,EMC)、建设—移交(build-transfer,BT)、建设—运营—转让(build-operate-transfer,BOT)等电能替代典型商务模式进行了分析介绍。通过探索商务模式的多样化,有效推动电能替代纵深发展。
Aiming at the unfavorable factors of electric energysubstitution, three stages of electric energy alternative businessmodel are summarized, a business model based on market demandand end-user electricity consumption is proposed, and energy perfor-mance contracting(EMC), build-transfer(BT), build-operate-trans-fer(BOT)and other typical business model of electric energy alter-native are analyzed and introduced. Energy alternative in-depth de-velopment can be promoted by diversifying the business modes.
