摘要
分层击实法是制备重塑土的常用方法之一,而重塑土不均匀性对科学试验结果的准确性影响较大。有研究表明,该方法制备的重塑土存在不均匀性缺陷,因此有必要对其制备方法进行研究,以提高试验的可重复性和可比性。以自制的击实锤和分段组合式击实筒,应用分层取样法对单/双层击实重塑土干密度及余土高度变化差异进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:同等击实条件下,单层击实重塑土干密度介于双层击实重塑土上下层干密度之间,双层击实余土高度大于单层击实余土高度的两倍;增大单位质量击实功或含水率,均有利于提高重塑土均匀性。
The heterogeneity of remolded soil has a great influence on the accuracy of scientific test results.The layered compaction method is one of the most commonly used methodof preparing remolded soil.Some studies have shown that the remolded soil prepared by this method has uneven defects,so it is necessary to study the preparation methodin order to improve the experimental repeatability and comparability.In this paper,based on self-made hammer and sectional combination tamping barrel,the difference of dry density and residual soil height of single/doublelayered compacted remolded soil are studied by stratified sampling method.The experimental results show that under the same compaction condition,the dry density of single layer compacted remolded soil is between the upper dry density and the lower dry density of double layered compacted residual soil,and the double layered compacted residual soil height is two times higher than that of single layer compacted residual soil.In addition,increase unit mass compaction work or water content is beneficial to improve the uniformity of remolded soil.
