摘要
利用加权平均旅行时间方法,以1986年、1995年、2004年、2016年为时间断面,分析了青海省公路网络中43个主要节点城镇的可达性格局及其演化规律。1986年-2016年,青海省公路网络等可达性线呈现不规则的半环状分布,影响因素主要有位置、交通、经济及其时间距离等,可达性插值表现为交通主干道指向性。研究期间,青海省公路网络可达性水平均有提升,可达性值的变化呈现相似性与差异性并存的特点。其中60.47%的城镇相对可达性水平优于平均水平,各城镇总体可达性水平变化较小,只是某些城镇的可达性位次发生了变化。1986年-1995年,青海省的公路可达性均衡性在提高,1995年-2016年,均衡性出现暂时性下降,随着南部与东南部地区高速公路的修建与运营,可达性水平会逐渐趋于平衡。
This paper takes 1986,1995,2004 and 2016 as the time section,using the weighted average travel time method,the accessibility and evolution rules of the 43 main hub towns in the Qinghai Provincial Highway Network are analyzed in the paper.From year 1986 to 2016,the accessibility lines shows a irregular halfcircle pattern,and the influence factors are mainly geographical locations,traffic,economy and time,space,etc,and the interpolation presents a transport trunk direction.The average level of accessibility of the provincial highway network is improved and the change of value shows a co-existence of similarity and difference.There is 60.47% of towns with better accessibility level than the average.There is a minor change in terms of the overall urban accessibility levels with some changes on the ranking.From 1986 to 1995,the equilibrium of highway accessibility has been improved,and from year 1995 to 2016,the equilibrium decreases provisionally,and along with the construction and operation of expressways in the southern and southeastern area,the equilibrium of highway accessibility will be realized gradually.
