面向时空特性的道路应急抢通装备体系构建

Construction of Road Emergency Access Equipment System Based on Time-Space Features

我国道路应急抢通装备的发展处于一个起步阶段,道路应急抢通装备还存在许多问题,尚未建立完备的道路应急抢通装备体系。对道路突发事件及道路损毁类型进行了归纳分析,并根据道路的损毁特点得出了道路应急抢通的时空特性。基于道路应急抢通的时空特性,将抢通过程划分成四个阶段即：侦察阶段、初步打通阶段、抢通作业阶段、清理加固阶段,并对各阶段的抢通任务进行分解,得出了各阶段作业能力需求以及道路抢通装备的分类。最后根据能力需求构建了面向时空特性的道路应急抢通装备体系。

The development of China＇s road emergency access equipment is in a starting stage,there are still many suspending problems,and we have not yet established a complete road emergency access equipment system.Based on the combining analysis of road emergencies and road damage types,the temporal and spatial features of road emergency access are obtained.According to the features of time and space,in this paper the process is divides into four stages：the reconnaissance stage,the preliminary stage,the operation stage,and the stage of cleaning and reinforcement.The tasks at each stage are decomposed,thus obtaining capacity requirements and equipment needs.Finally,the framework of emergency access equipment for time-space feature is put forward based on demand analysis.
