“很多人一听房博士，还以为企业负责人是一位姓房的博士，其实不然。房博士，一方面代表着我们的行业特点，另一方面代表着企业在这个领域的专业度，所以2009年我们将金坤润泽更名为‘房博士’。”甫一见面，山东房博士建设项目管理有限公司董事长李玉荣便将企业名字的寓意娓娓道来。

＂Some people may fell puzzled about our name - Fangboshi （Dr Housing）, wondering if it would be a doctor surnamed Fang. On the one hand, this name can manifest the characteristics of the industry, and it represents ＇ the profession of the enterprise in this field on the other hand. For that reason, we have changed the name from Jinkunrun to Fangboshi （Dr Housing） since 2009.＂ Li Yurong, president of Shandong Dr Housing Construction Project Management Co.,Ltd. introduced when we first met.
