历史发展的进程中，总有一个节点或者事件，改变着整座城市。就像110余年前，自主开埠的城市壮举，让济南从一座经济落后的内陆城市变成山东内陆第一大商贸中心。如今，改变仍在继续。随着济南中央商务区（CBD）规划蓝图的逐步落地，一座崭新的现代化国际都会城市，正在成型。

There is always a momentous occasion or event that is critical to revolutionise a city. More than 110 years ago, Jinan took the initiative to open the commercial port interdependently. Since then, the once backward inland city has changed into a prosperous city bustling with business and trading and has evolved for over a century. With the progress of the CBD construction, it will promote a more profound transformation of the city. Upon completion, the CBD will become a gathering area for the modem service industry, which has the largest amount of financial institutions, the most dense headquarters and the best commercial service power in Shandong province.
