摘要 为加快综放工作面撤除效率,田陈煤矿积极推广应用综放工作面撤除新工艺。采用聚酯高强度纤维柔性网、扩帮锚杆支护等新技术,工作面撤除效率大幅度提高。对比金属网、上板梁等传统工艺,在安全、工期、工效、劳动强度等方面展现出非常明显的优势。 In order to speed up the removal efficiency of full-mechanized caving face, Tian Chen Coal Mine actively promote the use of the new technology of removing full-mechanized caving face, which uses polyester high strength fiber flexible mesh, expansion bolt support, removal of manipulator etc and improved the rate of working face removal efficiency. Compared with the traditional technology such as metal mesh and upper plate beam, the new technology shows obvious advantages in safety, construction period, working efficiency and labor intensity.
