摘要 为保证综采工作面安全通过超高冒顶区域,确保后期正常推采,通过理论分析及现场实测对大倾角综采工作面超高冒顶机理与支护设计进行研究。研究结果表明中低强度复合顶板、工作面支架性能不足、工作面倾角大于41°、采后三带分布异常、形成贯通式拉应力区是引发架前大冒顶的主要因素。经过冒顶区域排矸设计、加强支护设计、穿顶支护设计及其相应施工,实现了冒顶区域的安全支护,对类似冒顶区域的处理提供参考。 To ensure the safety of fully mechanized mining face through ultra high roof falling area, and later stage normal mining, mechanism analysis and support design of ultra high roof falling in fully mechanized mining face with large inclined angle are studied through theoretical analysis and field test. The results show that the comprehensive strength of composite roof is low, the supports of working face are insufficient, the dip angle of working face is greater than 41 degrees, and the three belt distribution is abnormal after the mining, and a through tensile stress zone is formed, are the main factor of large roof falling before the working face. Through the design of roof gangue discharge, strengthening support design, top through support design and its corresponding construction, the safety support in the roof falling area is realized, which provide reference for the treatment of similar roof areas.
