摘要 大断面软岩巷道的支护问题一直是煤矿生产与建设的难题。以大同煤矿集团云冈矿区410-4轨道工作面掘进巷道为研究对象,探讨了大断面软岩巷道支护的关健技术。确定了合理的巷道断面,确定了锚喷支护、锚索补强、注浆加固和反底拱的大断面软岩巷道支护方案。前期的使用实践表明,支护设计合理,效果良好,最大变形量控制在预期范围内。 The support problem of soft rock roadway in large section has always been a difficult problem in coal mine production and construction.This paper mainly focuses on the excavation roadway of 410-4 track working face in Yungang mining area of Datong Coal Mine Group, and discusses the key technology of soft rock roadway support in large section. The reasonable roadway section is determined, and the supporting scheme for large section soft rock roadway is established, including bolting and shotcreting, anchor reinforcement, grouting reinforcement and reverse arch. Previous practice shows that the support design is reasonable and the effect is good, and the maximum deformation is controlled within the expected range.
