不等长综放工作面边采边缩面实践

摘要 倾斜长壁综采放顶煤工作面,常因断层等地质构造的影响,为提高煤炭资源的回收,掘进准备过程中,被布置成顺槽不平行、工作面长度不等长的异形工作面。在后期回采推进过程中,为保证工作面的正常回采,需进行工作面缩短回采,拆除部分液压支架。以古城煤矿2107综放工作面为对象,研究了边采边缩面的施工工艺,保证了工作面的正常回采。 Inclined longwall fully mechanized top coal caving mining faces is often arranged into the heteromorphism working face which is unparalleled and unequal in length, due to the influence of geological structure, such as fault, in the preparation process of tunneling, to improve the coal resources recycling. In the late recovery process, in order to guarantee normal mining working face, shorten extraction is needed, with the remove part of the hydraulic support.Taking the 2107 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Gucheng Coal Mine as an example, the construction technology of side shrinkage is studied, and the normal mining of the working face is ensured.
