上仓皮带机主要作用是将矿井中开采出的煤炭运至煤仓,主要结构包括机头、机尾、驱动装置、涨紧装置等,整机共有20个轴承润滑点。通过增加智能润滑系统,既实现了对轴承的精确润滑,解决了人工润滑的不足之处,又可对轴承润滑状态在井上监控室进行监控。智能润滑系统的应用需要考虑井下防爆的要求。

The main function of Shangcang belt machine is to transport the coal mined in the coal mine to the bunker, whose main structure includes head and tail, driving device, tension device. The machine has 20 bearing lubrication points.
