On the basis of analyzing the technical parameters of PROFI20 TI type pneumatic hoist, the hoist capacity is calculated, with ZF13000/25/38 type stent as an example. The install application effect in working face shows： the use of the equipment greatly improves the efficiency of the unloading of heavy equipment, effectively solving unloading of heavy support in the especially thick top coal caving mining faces after cut into the lane.
