论文对同煤集团使用的EBZ220TY型煤矿掘进机的常见故障进行了全面分析与总结,并对其出现的原因进行了阐述,从电气系统故障、刮板机故障、截割头故障、履带故障和液压系统五个方面提出了其维修与处理方法,希望可以降低EBZ220TY型掘进机在生产中的故障率,提高大同煤矿集团各煤矿的开采效率。

In this paper, the comprehensive analysis and summary of the fault of EBZ220 TY type of coal mining machine has been carried on, and the reasons for their occurrence have been explained, and its maintenance and processing methods have been put forward interms of electrical system fault, scraper failure, cutting head fault, caterpillar fault and hydraulic system, hopefully it will reduce the failure rate in the EBZ220 TY type machine in production, and improve the efficiency of coal mining of Datong Coal Mine Group.
