摘要
山西焦煤集团斜沟矿由于生产能力提升,原有的辅助运输系统已不能满足长距离输送要求,通过对行车阻力、功率、钢丝绳强度、绳径比的验算。结合工程实际情况,选择了适用本工程的绞车,并提出了优化方案。经现场检验,此优化方案可行性强,具有良好的经济效益。
Due to the improvement of production of Xiegou Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group, the original auxiliary transportation system already can not meet the requirement of the long-distance transportation. Based on calculation of the driving resistance, power, the strength of steel wire rope, and rope ratio, and combined with the actual situation of the project, the winch of this project is selected and the optimization scheme is put forward. Site inspection proves that this optimization scheme is feasible and has good economic benefit.
