分析了宝钢股份6m焦炉焦侧炉框冒烟的原因,制定相应的炉框密封试验方案并现场验证。根据试验效果,对炉框密封方案进一步优化。方案实施后表明,该技术可有效改善焦炉焦侧炉框冒烟现象,有利于焦炉长寿。

The paper analyzed the reasons of Baosteel 6 m side of coke oven furnace smoke box,corresponding furnace frame sealing test scheme and on-site verification,according to the test results,further optimization of the furnace box sealing scheme with ceramic welding technology and air pressure sealing technology,after the implementation of the program shows that this technology can effectively improve the coke oven coke oven the side frame for smoke furnace,coke oven and longevity.
